Pastoral Care Out Reach:  Ministry to the sick and homebound.

As followers in Jesus Christ, “The Great Physician” we as a faith community are called to continue his healing ministry with one another. In faith we offer compassion in Jesus’ name to bring comfort, peace, wellbeing and hope to all our brothers and sisters in need.

Holy Communion, the Sacrament of the Sick, and  pastoral visits are available and encouraged to all in hospital, long-term/short- term care facilities and home bound persons.  For a visit by one of our pastoral team please call the parish office.
